Founded in 2002, primarily working witht the name of Zeesoft Technologies till 2006. In Jan 2006 company registered with new name "Sakhawat iTech" and defined its targets to be the offshore outsourcing leader in Pakistan.

  January 7, 2008, Sakhawat iTech Released new and updated version MyCars V2.1. This updated version not only have an entirely new look and feel, but also new remarkable features. Same day, 6 clients (maintenance agreement) were updated with new version.

• December 2006, Sakhawat iTech Software Development Inc. was authorized as one of the second batch of experimental enterprises of Pakistan Offshore Software Engineering Project.
• October 21, 2006, Sakhawat iTech established a long-term partnership with a US client. Dedicated .NET programmers will be provided to help the client with the development of a merchant tracking and commission calculations application in the following year.
• September 17, 2006, Sakhawat iTech participated in "The 2004 Pakistan Outsourcing Summit".
