With our fixed price/fixed Price model, we offer customers a cost effective and low-risk option and can be applied when the scope, schedules and requirements of the project are specifically defined. This model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects, and the total cost and timeline of the development is agreed prior to the start of the project. In this case, we select the most suitable development team, technologies and management resources.

Time and Materials

This model is suitable for companies who need quick access to resources where requirements are not clearly defined. It is usually applied to large project whose specifications are hanging during the development process. In this business model, Sakhawat iTech forms team with required personnel, project managers, equipment and infrastructure based on project requirements, and distinctively offers the flexibility to balance team size and project workloads. Customers pay a weekly/monthly development fee based on the composition and size of the project team. Sakhawat iTech could also bid for partial phases of a project on a fixed time, fixed price basis and the remaining parts on a time and material basis so as to meet customers' requirements in a flexible way.

Dedicated Offshore Development Centers (ODCs)

An Offshore Development Center (ODC) is a dedicated development center, located outside the client's premises, solely engaged in developing, testing and deploying software solutions and applications, most often in a country outside the client's country.

The purpose of an ODC is to let the clients focus on their core value competencies, take advantage of Sakhawat iTech's technological expertise, and dramatically reduce the client's expenses. An Outsourcing service contracts will be signed according to the different models of clients' selection. The contract secures the general terms and conditions, including those of confidentiality, transfer of intellectual property rights to the customer and some others.
